PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum casting mold of superior characteristics of high dimension accuracy, flexibility, stretchability, elastic recovery properties, durability and the like which can be manufactured simply without using a master model and from which a molded product can be released easily. SOLUTION: A vacuum casting mold provided with the bending modulus of 5kg/mm<2> or less at 50 deg.C by optical shaping in which a photo-setting resin composition is used can achieve the above-referred purpose, and the vacuum casting mold with a film of 5-1000μm on its surface is of superior release properties and durability. An ultraviolet transmittable mold is included in the vacuum casting mold, and in that case the vacuum casting is carried out by using ultraviolet curing resin under the emission of ultraviolet rays to manufacture a molded product. |
