LAMINATE, ITS MANUFACTURE, AND HANDLING METHOD FOR THE LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate easy-to-handle in case of cutting or packaging, and easy-to-use at the time of using by a user. SOLUTION: Glass woven fabric is impregnated with epoxy resin varnish, and dried to prepare a prepreg for molding the laminate. Prepreg layers made of four prepregs and release films (polypropylene films) are alternately repeatedly laminated for 300 laminates, and the release films are disposed on the uppermost and lowermost surfaces. It is thermally press molded between press heating platens via a cushioning material without sandwiching it between mirror surface plates. The laminate manufactured in this manner becomes the state that 300 laminates are integrated via the release films. The laminate is cut at its circumference by a predetermined size as remained in the state that the 300 laminates are integrated via the release films, and the laminate which is still retained as integrated via the films is packaged.
