PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ceramic-based cement sheet, in which lightweight aggregate is uniformly dispersed, by a method wherein battering panels for battering stock slurry on a paper making belt through vertical movement under the specified water content are arranged at the upside predetermined position of the paper making belt. SOLUTION: Stock slurry S cast on a paper making belt 7 is gradually dehydrated by means of a plurality of suction boxes 20 contacting with the under side of the paper making belt 7 and, at the same time, battered from the top surface with battering panels 9 and 10 vertically moved through the driving of a motor 15 so as to push the lightweight aggregate going to float in the stock slurry S downwards. The battering panels 9 and 10 are arranged at the position, at which the water content of the stock slurry S on the paper making belt 7 of 230-180wt.% is realized through dehydration. Thus, the lightweight aggregate is uniformly dispersed in a mat producing on the paper making belt 7 by paper making method. |
