PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an in vivo decomposing material such as a bone replacing material, a bonesetting material, a bone filling material, a dental material, a medicine release control material, biologically active substance release control material and the like, and to provide their a manufacturing method, which have an excellent biocompatibility, formability and mechanical property, in vivo decomposing property and storage stability. SOLUTION: This in vivo decomposing material comprises a structural unit (a) derived from lactic acid component, and a polyester structural unit (b) derived from dicarboxylic acid component and a diol component. It has such characteristics that the weight ratio of lactic acid polymer (A), (a)/(b) weight ratio of which is 98/2-20/80 to calcium phosphate compound (B) is 99/1-30/70, the weight ratio of lactic acid polymer (A) to polyethylene glycol and/or poly-(N- vinly pyrrolidone (C) is 95/5-50/50, and the weight ratio of (A) to (B+C) is 99/1-50/50. |
