PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bent pipe capable of being easily cut at a horizontal/ vertical arbitrary angle, in the case of realizing a cutter for the bent pipe. SOLUTION: A holding device 3 is constituted by a swivel plate 12 swivelably provided around a swivel axial center P extended in the horizontal direction in parallel to a perpendicular cutting locus surface 4a of a cutter 4 and a clamp part 13 swivel integrally provided in this swivel plate 12 to clamp a straight pipe part of a bent pipe w turnably around an axial line Q thereof. The clamp part 13 is provided, relating to the swivel plate 12, so as to be movable in the direction orthogonal to its swivel axial center P and turnable around a turn axial center R extended in this direction. |
