ELECTRIC PART AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electric part excellent in reliability by coating an electric element with a specific silicone cured material irradiated with ultraviolet rays so as to sufficiently and integrally bond the cured material to a sealing resin cured material applied to the cured material. SOLUTION: The surface of a silicone cured material obtained by curing an addition reaction curing type silicone composition comprising (A) a silanol group containing organosiloxane, (B) a mixture of an epoxy group-containing alkoxysilane and/or (C) an organosiloxane having an average unit formula shown by the formula (R<1> is an epoxy group-containing monofunctional organic group; R<2> is a monofunctional hydrocarbon; R<3> is H or a 1-4C alkyl; (a), (b) and (d) are each a positive number; (c) is 0 or a positive number) is irradiated with ultraviolet rays. An electric element is coated with the silicone cured material and a sealing resin cured material is integrally applied and bonded to the surface of the silicone cured material to give the objective electric part excellent in reliability.
