PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting device utilizing an SAW streaming phenomenon, capable of stably supplying ink so as to improve the printing quality in a easily realizable configuration. SOLUTION: A comb interdigital electrode 2 is provided on the propagating surface 1a of a propagating member 1. The comb interdigital electrode 2 is connected with an alternative current generating device 3. A slit 7 is formed at the end of the propagating member 1 parallel to the propagation direction of a surface elastic wave 4. An ink 5 is supplied to the slit 7 from an ink supply portion (not illustrated). The liquid surface of the supplied ink 5 becomes stable owing to its capillary force. Further, its position can be limited by the width of the slit 7. Accordingly, stable continuous jetting can be achieved so as to improve the printing quality. |
