PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition having low hardness, excellent in flexibility and vibration absorbing material. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 100 pts.wt. ethylene/α-olefine/ nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber having the following characteristics (a) to (e) and >=50 pts.wt. and <=150 pts.wt. softening agent. (a) Carbon number ofα-olefin: >=4 and <=20; (b)α-olefin content: >=50mol% and <=90mol%; (c) Mooney viscosity at 100 deg.C: >=40 and <200; (d) iodine value: >=3 and <=50; (e) molecular weight distribution (weight-average molecular weight/number-average molecular weight) obtained by gel permeation chromatography: <=3.
