PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop both rough skin touch such as natural rock skin, stone skin or mortar skin and uneven touch of a surface, particularly a deep external appearance. SOLUTION: A resin film 2 having a thickness of 100 to 400μm is adhered to a surface of a metal plate 1. The film 2 is formed in a sectional structure that a natural rock skin pattern print layer 5 is formed on a colored film layer 4 of skin color such as natural rock skin and the layer 5 is covered to be protected with a clear film layer 6. An unevenness 7 having an uneven depth of 80 to 250μm is attached to the surface of the film 2. An unevenness 8 having an emboss depth of 200 to 700μm is embossed on the plate 1 together with the film 2 to develop rough skin touch such as natural rock skin and deep uneven touch of the surface.
