PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the same performance characteristic as a clamp having the better function so as to be suitable for injection molding and attain a lower production cost by setting the ratio of sectional thickness of upper wall part to sectional thickness of side wall within a specified range. SOLUTION: The housing 50 of a roller clamp has sectionally thick upper edge part and upper wall parts 51, 52, thin side walls 57, 58, and a thick bottom wall part 60. The ratio of the sectional thickness of the side walls 57, 58 to the sectional thickness of the upper wall parts 51, 52 is set within a range of 1.5-4.0. The upper edge parts 51, 52 are used to suppress the degree of bending or deflection to a minimum. The thin side walls 57, 58 are used by utilizing that the weight of the material can be reduced, deflection is relatively minimized under tensile state, and a plastic wall can treat a relatively large tensile force. The bottom wall part 60 is hardened to an extent never exceeding a necessary degree and used in order to suppress the bending and deflection to a minimum. |
