PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent malfunction of a nipping preventing mechanism by accurately detecting the working resistance of a vehicular door glass or the like with the nipping preventing mechanism. SOLUTION: A detector 3 is connected to a vehicular door glass 11 equipped with a nipping preventing mechanism, the door glass 11 is started to be raised after it is completely lowered by pressing the current inspection switch 4 of the detector 3, the driving motor current value of the door glass 11 is measured from the passage of a fixed time after the start of its rising to the non-operation of the nipping preventing operation of the door glass and, when a measured maximum current value exceeds a set value, an alarm is issued by using an inspection discrimination lamp 7 and a buzzer 10. Also, by counting the armature ripple number of a driving motor after the non-operation of the nipping preventing mechanism of the door glass 11, the size of a zone until the complete closing of the door glass 11 is detected. |
