<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly stow a vehicle cover away into its compact state with ease with almost no stains caused on the hands and clothes of an operator. SOLUTION: A take-up plate 1 is provided with a plurality of take-up shafts 2, on which a top plate 3 with a handle 4 is fitted. The assembly is then rotatably attached to a mount 10. A vehicle cover is perforated at a part with a hole conforming to the take-up shafts and reinforced there and is provided at its one end which is separate most from the hole with a rubber tape. The vehicle cover is fitted to the take-up shafts 2.</p> |
