FIELD: medicine, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to linear peptide gelonin containing 258 amino acid residues. Peptide is isolated from Gelonium multiforum by methods of extraction, dialysis, ion-exchange chromatography. Purity of preparation is estimated by results of HPLC data and electrophoresis in SDS-PAAG. Gelonin was presented as a single band (molecular mass is about 29-30 kDa).
