SUBSTANCE: control gear has first and second frequency control inputs of controlled valve-type converter interconnected by two differentially connected diodes 7, 8 whose common point is connected to input of mentioned voltage-to-frequency converter; first control unit 15 is provided with starting frequency setting element 18; regulator of this unit has flip-flop and controlled switch whose output is coupled with output of frequency regulator 20; output of starting frequency setting element is connected to opening input and is also connected to second input of first comparison unit 29; closing input is connected to output of mentioned functional converter.
