FIELD: systems and aids measuring amount ( mass ) and parameters of quality of oil and oil products at oil refining, oil excavating and oil shipping facilities. SUBSTANCE: plant has unit of measurement lines with counters of volume positioned between inlet and outlet collectors, unit inspecting quality which inlet and outlet pipe-lines are joined to outlet collector, information processing unit and control device manufactured in the form of nozzle placed in outlet collector. Inlet pipe-line of unit inspecting quality is connected to outlet collector ahead of nozzle and outlet pipe-line - to outlet collector ahead of outlet hole of nozzle. Relation of areas of internal cross-section of outlet hole of nozzle and internal cross-section of outlet collector amounts to 0.25-0.50. EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability. 1 dwg øøø1
