<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance, fitness, tightening by winding and adhesiveness by using a polyurethane non-woven fabric consisting of superfine polyurethane filaments having an average fiber diameter of a specific value and applying a tacky adhesive on its one surface. SOLUTION: The polyurethane non-woven fabric formed of the superfine polyurethane filament having the average fiber diameter of 7 to 15μm is used as the base material. The tacky adhesive, such as, for example, acrylic tacky adhesive or rubber tacky adhesive, is applied on its one surface to form a tacky adhesive tape. For example, the acrylic tacky adhesive consisting of a copolymer composed of about 87wt.% 2-ethyl hexyl acrylate, about 10wt.% vinyl acetate and about 3wt.% acrylic acid is applied at about 40g/m<2> on the one surface of the polyurethane non-woven fabric and release paper is stuck in superposition thereon, by which the adhesive tape is formed. The first-aid adhesive plaster formed by blanking this tape has meticulous appearance and has the excellent flexibility, air permeability, shrinkability, tightening by winding, adhesiveness and fitness.</p> |
