PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety driving by forming a hot air intake port free to take in hot air for heating of the inside of a vehicle on a cover member and forming a discharge port free to discharge hot air toward a windshield glass. SOLUTION: A hot air intake port 8 is formed free to install a hot air intake pipe connected to a hot air source for heating of the inside of a vehicle in a pressure insertion state. A discharge port 10 is formed to open on the side of a windshield glass 4 of a cover member 6. The cover member 6 is installed in the circumference of a blade 5 of a wiper for the vehicle, and hot air for heating of the inside of the vehicle is introduced to the inside of the cover member 6 through the hot air intake pipe 9 and the hot air intake port 8. The hot air taken in the inside of the cover member 6 is discharged toward the windshield glass 4 through the discharge port 10. Consequently, it is possible to secure a driving field of view and to contribute to safety driving.
