PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare automatically the preparatory arrangement information of the respective facilities of an SMT line to carry out the preparatory arrangement efficiently by using the data base information. SOLUTION: A source data control file 102 prepared by CAD data in a printed board, stored parts control file 102, cartridge control file 104, SMT line information file 111 including the production requirements and equipment constitution of an SMT production equipment, or the like are registered in a data base 31a. A SMT preparatory arrangement supporting part prepares a preparatory arrangement indicating document 121 for indicating the preparatory arrangement to manufacture the printed board on the SMT line 1 with reference to various files stored in the data base 31a. Also, a mounting data preparating device uses the parts setting position address included in the preparatory arrangement information and the parts mounting position coordinate included in the source data control file 102 to prepare the mounting data for mounting machines 14, 15 to mount parts on the printed board. |
