PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the property of an elevator operation controller in following changes in the occurrence of landing calls that occur periodically, the device causing an elevator to wait at the time and on the floor where a landing call is expected to occur. SOLUTION: A learning part 202 records the probability of occurrence of landing calls on a learning table 204. A coincidence judging part 206 judges an expected story determined according to the occurrence of landing calls within a fixed time and to the probability of occurrence recorded on the learning table 204, and if there is a coincidence, increments a numerical value in a corresponding storage area in a coincidence judging table 207 by one. If there is no coincidence, the judging part 206 does nothing. After a certain period of time has elapsed, a table renewing part 208 checks a value in the coincidence judging table 207, and when detecting a value not more than a certain value, causes the value in the storage area in the learning table corresponding to the storage area in the coincidence judging table 207 to be changed to an appropriate value. |
