摘要 PURPOSE:To enable separation of materials which have been unseparable by the prior art by dissolving plural kinds of material in a solvent in a supercritical state, carrying out membrane separation therefor, and subjecting a soln. having permeated the membrane to separation treatment. CONSTITUTION:A mixture consisting of >= three kinds of material is allowed to contact with a solvent S (e.g., CO2) in A supercritical state in an extraction tank 1, thus at least two kinds of the material A, B or material group A', B' are dissolved in said mixture. Thus, a primary fluid for separation consisting of at least A or A' or B or B', and the solvent S is prepd. The primary fluid is introduced into a circulating passage where a membrane wall 5 inhibiting easy permeation of dissolved material B or B' and a material or material group C, C' undissolved in said solvent S is formed and where a secondary fluid for separation under a lower pressure than the primary fluid is flowed to an oppsite side to a side contacting with the primary fluid. Thus, the material A or A' is allowed to permeate the membrane. As the result, separation of materials which have been impossible in the prior art has become possible.
