FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: device has packer with fixing unit for closing of annular space above and below threaded coupling. Also provided are chamber with sealing compound secured for possible displacement on rods in lift string of pipes, drive unit, control unit, packer drive unit.
