PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the grooving, to dispense with a titanium butt strap, and to provide the excellent workability. SOLUTION: In the welding method of the titanium clad steel plate, base steel 3-2 sides of titanium clad steel plates 3A, 3B...3G are bonded to the surface of a steel base plate 6 by the resistance welding (the shadow parts are resistance welded parts 5A), and the space 7 between adjacent titanium tank clad steel plates is covered with the deposit metal (titanium brazing filler metal is used). A sea water splash zone of a marine structure is covered with the titanium clad steel plate to be obtained in this method. |
