PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick a collar part close to the inner periphery surface of a main pipe irrespective of the diameter of its aperture by a method wherein a lining material with a flange which is used for regenerative repairing of a branch pipe of a sewage pipe by reversely inserting therein, is improved. SOLUTION: A lining material is prepared by providing a ring shaped flange part 22 to one end of a pipe shaped resin absorbing material 21 impregnated with thermosetting resin. Especially, the flange part 22 is made of a flexible component such as elastomer, soft resin, etc., and a metallic ring is integrally buried therein. Then, in order to repair, for example, a branch pipe branched from a main pipe of a sewerage pipe with the lining material 20, pressure fluid such as compressed air or the like is sent into the resin absorbing material 21 under a state wherein the flange part 22 is engaged with one end side of the branch pipe. Thereby the resin absorbing material 21 is inserted into the branch pipe being reversed. At that time the flange part 22 comes to be stuck close onto an inner peripheral surface of the main pipe on one end side of the branch pipe by fluid pressure or the like. When warm water or the like is poured into the resin absorbing material under this state, the thermosetting resin is cured, and the inner peripheral surface of the branch pipe becomes a rigid film. |
