SOLUTION: A tire vulcanization apparatus 10 is constituted of a central mechanism 12 for holding a green cover G and expanding it into a toroid-like shape and a mold 14 for molding a tread pattern, etc. The mold 14 for molding is constituted of a top mold 14a and a bottom mold 14b and on each side wall molding part 24 of these molds 14a and 14b, projected parts 26 for pressing extending in the tire diameter direction are provided respectively up and down in facing to each other. In addition, the green cover G is mounted on the central mechanism 12 under a condition where the green cover G and a position in the peripheral direction of the mold 14 for molding are matched in such a way that a connecting part in the peripheral direction of the side wall rubber of the green cover G is brought into press contact with the projected parts 26 for pressing of each of molds 14a and 14b to vulcanize and mold the green cover G. |
