SUBSTANCE: sectional transmission of proposed design version has intermediate shafts 124 of main section of transmission and intermediate shafts 162 of additional section of transmission which are made coaxial and supported for independent rotation in common housing of transmission 116 only by means of bearings 126, 162D installed in form end face wall 116A of transmission and rear end face wall 116B of transmission. Transmission main shaft 146 is supported for rotation in transmission housing only by input shaft 118 and/or output shaft 158. One of intermediate shafts 162 and/or main shaft 146 can be made tubular to enclose telescopically the other intermediate shaft 124, and one of shaft, input and/or output, respectively.
