FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: driving and driven shafts arranged in parallel are coupled with bogie frame member. Clutches with pneumatic members and disks with slot are mounted on shafts. Pneumatic distributors are coupled with bogie frame. Driving and driven gears engage with each other and with disk. Pneumatic distributor is secured on bogie frame and is coupled with car pneumatic main line through system of pipelines and channels with pneumatic members. Spool is coupled through spring with parallelogram centrifugal governor connected by torsion bar with wheels axle. Change-over of clutch pneumatic members is provided through ring slot and channel. Novelty in design of proposed device is that driving and driven gears are rigidly mounted on wheelset axle and driving shaft, and shaft with gears mounted on its ends is in meshing with driving and driven gears. One end is made for adjusting the length and taking vibrations arising between wheelset and bogie frame. Driving and driven shafts have driving and driven gears which are in meshing with each other. Driven shaft has device providing adjustment of clearance in gear meshing. EFFECT: provision of constant speed at different train driving speed, maintaining constant speed of generator at steady state train driving mode in emergency. 15 dwg øøø1
