<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of workers and to shorten an assembling cycle by automatically feeding a camshaft and a locker arm assembly to a part item assembling machine for the cylinder head of an engine. SOLUTION: A camshaft assembling machine 2 and locker arm assembly assembling machines 3 and 4 are provided side by side for the cylinder head 1 of an engine, a multi-function robot 24 carries individual camshafts in sequence from a camshaft pallet 20 disposed in a rear side therefrom to a determining device 25 and also proper locker arm assembly pallets 22 to a shuttle table 90, then the camshafts is conveyed through the determining device 25 are conveyed to the camshaft assembling machine 2 by a transfer device 28 and then, the pallets 22 are passed through determining devices 26 and 27 respectively by determining devices 29 and 30 and transferred to the locker arm ash assembling machines 3 and 4.</p> |
