<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for the production of a fiberboard, capable of surely dispersing a binder in a raw material to enable sure production of a fiberboard having desired properties and applying little load on a waste liquid treatment system. SOLUTION: An acidic dehydrated filtrate generated in a forming step C1 and containing components subjected to waste-water regulation and originated from binder, water-repellent, fixing agent, etc., is returned and recycled to a raw material formulation step B2. The mixing of the waste liquid generated in the steps before the dehydration step A3 with the waste liquid generated in the steps after the binder-adding step B1 is prevented by this process and the pH of the liquid is controlled to <=6.0 in the binder addition step B1 before the raw material formulation step B2. The diffusion of components subjected to the waste water regulation, generated in the forming step and originated from binder, water-repellent, fixing agent, etc., is prevented by this process. The pH is adjusted to 4.0-5.0 in the raw material formulation step B2.</p> |
