The tool includes an elastic blade (1) folded to define a centre (1a) and two lateral arms (1b,c) which can touch with their opposite extremities. One of the arms presents two holes which are used to rivet the arm to a handling tongue (3) and a strip (4). The opposite arm has similar holes being riveted to a second tongue (3a) and another strip (4a). The two strips define a tubular structure with circular section at the extremity of the two arms.
