Hybrid gas generator

摘要

The generator has an ignitable gas-powered solid load (11) contained in a combustion chamber (10), a storage chamber (15) containing a gas which is closed by a locking element (18) and a piston enclosed by the combustion chamber which opens the locking element under gas pressure from the burning solid load to free a throughlet (23) connecting the combustion chamber with a mixing chamber (19). The locking element barricades a seat in which a neck (14a) of the piston fittingly penetrates. The piston contains a channel (24) which connects the two chambers on opening of the locking element. The throughlet is located in the combustion chamber wall (13) guiding the piston.
