<p>The precision of the signature input and the signature collation is improved and the handwriting of the signature is automatically extinguished to improve the security. A signature collation system comprises a signature input device (1) and a signature collation device (6). In the signature input device (1), an external charge liquid crystal sheet (2) which has an adhesive lower surface and is placed on the coordinate input device (3). When the user signs on the liquid crystal sheet (2) with an exclusive pen (5) having an electrostatic charging function, the handwriting of the signature is displayed on the display area of the liquid crystal sheet (2) and automatically extinguished after a certain lapse of time. The signature collation device (6) reads the handwriting coordinate information of the signature which is outputted by the coordinate input device (3) which detects the handwriting coordinate information of the signature and collates the handwriting coordinate information with the handwriting coordinate information of the signature which is registered beforehand.</p> |
