Of the plurality of reflecting surface elements, oblique cut line forming reflecting surface elements, and horizontal cut line forming reflecting surface elements extend above the lines of intersection between the reflecting surface and an inclined surface which passes through the optical axis of the reflector and has an angle of elevation of 15 DEG .
