The handle (3) hinges in the housing (1) and can be engaged from behind by the hand. The front area (2) of the housing is at least partly covered by a plate (12) which pivots or slides on the housing. The plate covers the handle in a shut position, or exposes it in an open one, through a spring (8) which can thrust the handle from an inner position into a protruding outer position. Movement of the plate into the shut position can thrust the handle into the inner position. On the inside, the plate may contain a recess, into which the handle protrudes in the shut position.
