A method for mounting a display model acrylic bathtub comprises the use of screws to secure a wood-reinforced frame on the inside of the tub to pieces of chipboard cut out using templates with the same shape and size as the tub sections. A cover material such as films, carpeting or tiles is provided on the front of the chipboard pieces, which form a display stand into which the tub is placed.
