Parenteral pharmaceutical compositions containing alkylammon ium salts of 2-arylpropionic acids, having anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, where the acids are selected from the group comprising ketoprofen, ibuprofen, naproxen, thiaprofenic acid, i n the racemic as well as in the enantiomeric form, whilst the sal t is in the aqueous solution with osmolarity between 270 and 310 mOsm/kg and with pH in the range between 7.0 and 7.5, where the s aid solution is without protective substances and carrying substa nces and is kept in the atmosphere of an inert gas. Disclosed is also their preparation method.
