<p>The wooden lamellas are bored in the form of points located on all of the surface, while the transversal holes with the diameter of 5 up to 30 mm are considered for these purposes, and the surface finish and/or the fire resistant treatment is provided. After that, they are being dried and completed so that, they create a file. The next step is closed to the riveting with the use of melted synthetic resins, at the temperature of 150 up to 250 Celsius degrees, while the pressure related to the value of 20 up to 60 MPa is applied. In the transversal holes, there the riveting can be provided with the use of wooden, aluminium or synthetic connecting elements.</p> |
