PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the polymerizing efficiency in the forming step of a conducive high polymer layer by avoiding the conductivity decline in the conductive high polymer layer in the high temperature application environment within the solid-state electrolytic capacitor, using the conductive high polymer also avoiding the thermal expansion of an exterior resin, ESR(eualized serial resistance) by the stress caused by contraction and the increase in leakage current. SOLUTION: As for a conductive high molecular dopant, an organic sulfonic acid in a large molecular size selected from aromatic polysulfonic acid, an organic sulfonic acid having hydroxy radical, another organic sulfonic acid having calboxyl radical, alycyclic acid and benzoquinone sulfonic acid is used for making dedoping hardly occur. Next, a polymer of tiophene inductor in fine film quality is formed on the outermost layer of a solid electrolytic layer, so as to enable a conductive high polymer layer in film thickness sufficient for bearing the thermal stress to be formed. Further, for the oxidizing agent, either one of the second copper compound, an Ag compound, a mixture of the second copper compound and the silver compound and another mixture of an iron compound and hydrogen peroxide solution is used, so as to reduced the yield of a biproduct to be less than the yield by using the second iron. |
