PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a troublesome installing work for a circuit member to a door panel side. SOLUTION: A door panel 12 is provided with auxiliary devices 2 to 4 and connectors 7 to 9 for each of the auxiliary devices. A door trim 5 connected to the door panel is provided with a circuit member 6 having coupling connectors 30 to 32 for the connectors 7 to 9. A rib 34 is projected at the door rim 5, a terminal conductor 16a of the circuit member 6 is arranged at the rib so as to constitute coupling connectors 30 to 32. The rib 34 is flexible. The door rim 5 is provided with an extending or contracting part 47 and the circuit member 6 is continued up to the main body of the vehicle body through the extending or contracting part of the circuit member.
