PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card almost completely prevented from alteration or fogery. SOLUTION: A 2nd recording part 2 having constitution similar to that of an electric card is fixed on a 1st recording part 1 comprising an IC card. First and second codes D2, D4 are recorded in the 1st recording part 1. Third and fourth codes D1, D3 are recorded in the 2nd recording part 2. In the case of recognizing that all the codes D1 to D4 are correct, reading and writing can be executed. |
