PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of the breakage of a cell when a stack is fastened after preliminary treatment with a spring. SOLUTION: A stack 1 is interposed between upper and lower holders 2, 4, and placed on a lower bolster 4. A spring 10, an inside bolster 4a, bellows 6, and an outside bolster 4b are arranged in order on the upper holder 2. When preliminary treatment is performed, the stack 1 is fastened with the bellows 6 and the spring 10. At high temperature after preliminary treatment, the inner pressure of the bellows 6 is increased. After returning to the normal temperature, fastening with the bellows 6 is switched to that with the spring 10, and the bellows 6 are removed. |
