PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high dielectric constant dielectric porcelain compsn. suppressed in a capacity change and having superior characteristics. SOLUTION: This dielectric porcelain compsn. is based on xBaO+ yTiO2 +zLaO3/2 [where x+y+z=1 and (x), (y) and (z) are within the range defined by points (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) in the diagram] and further contains 0.6-2.4 pts.wt. (expressed in terms of Nb2 O5 ) niobium oxide and 0.05-0.8 pt.wt. (expressed in terms of Cr2 O3 ) chromium oxide as subsidiary components. |
