<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the writing of data, the rewriting of data and the reading of data with respect to a flash memory by providing access control means performing the writing of the data and the reading of the data with respect to it. SOLUTION: The ROM writer device 100 received a data writing command transmits a hold signal to the CPU 206 of a target board 200 and the microcomputer 102 of the device 100 controls a mediation circuit in the device 100. Then, write data stored in the DRAM 103 of the device 100 are transmitted to the target board 200 to be written in a flash memory 207. Moreover, the microcomputer 102 stores the data read out from the flash memory 207 in the DRAM 103 by controlling the mediation circuit with respect to the data reading command transmitted through a telephone line 300. Then, the CPU 102 transfers the data stored in the DRAM 103 to a host side data processor via the telephone line 300.</p> |
