摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-time monitor method and device for interruption of duplicate input clock signals in which a both-system clock interrupt detection circuit is always in operation and the detected result is always for each prescribed period informed to the main communication equipment. SOLUTION: A slave communication equipment always monitors clock interruption of an outgoing side in the active and standby systems, sends the result of monitor to a master communication equipment by using an incoming communication channel for each period, the master communication equipment selects a system based on the information sent from the slave communication equipment to generate a system selection signal and to send it to the slave means equipment. The slave communication equipment receives the system selection signal to designate an active system from the master communication equipment and generates a clock signal when the clock signal of the standby system is interrupted.</p>
