PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the manufacturing of a good quality cure-foamed sheet product over the wide range of the thickness of a sheet by a method wherein lips are provided controllably to the direction approaching to or separating from each other so as to change the flow of a fused matter. SOLUTION: An upper lip part 32 is mounted slidably along a controlling shaft by rotatingly controlling a series of lip controlling spools 62. Each spool 62 is equipped with a single sleeve nut member 63, which rotates round a through shaft 64 threaded in the through hole of the upper lip part 32. A lower lip part 34 is controlled along a controlling shaft so as to control its position and longitudinal arrangement by a series of lip controlling spool means 70 in the manner same as the upper lip part 32. |
