PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polypropylene resin composition improved in impact resistance, especially the impact resistance under a low temperature environment without losing a high degree of rigidity. SOLUTION: This polypropylene resin composition comprises (A) 50-99wt.% of a polypropylene resin and (B) 50-1wt.% of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer satisfying requirements (a)-(d), and satisfies requirements (e), (f). (a) The carbon atom number of theα-olefin is 4-20. (b) The density of the resin is 0.855-0.910g/cm<3> , when the resin is immersed in 100 deg.C hot water for 1hr and subsequently left to cool to a room temperature as such. (c) The content of theα-olefin is 10-65wt.%. (d) The weight-average mol.wt. (Mw)/number-average mol.wt. (Mn) ratio of the resin is <=3. (e) The product of the MFR of the component (A) and the MFR of the component (B) is 120. (f) Two peaks appear in -80 to 80 deg.C in the temperature dependence curve of the lost elastic modulus obtained by measuring the dynamic viscoelastic modulus of the solid, and the peak caused by the resin (A) and placed on the side of the high temperature is placed at a position on the lower temperature side than the peak in a case using the component (A) alone.
