PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer not whitened easily when bent, and capable of giving molded products excellent in flexibility. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber, a polyolefin resin and an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber and a hydrogenated polymer (A) in an amount of 0.1-150 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber and the polyolefin resin, and has a complex dynamic viscosityη* of 1.5×10<5> poises and a Newton viscosity index (n) of <=0.67. (A) The hydrogenated polymer having a hydrogenation rate of >=70wt.% and produced by hydrogenating a conjugated diene-vinyl aromatic compound random copolymer having a conjugated diene polymer or vinyl aromatic compound monomer content of <=25wt.%.
