PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily measure the mixing ratio of the soil and stones of a soil-stone mixture, to separate the soil-stone mixture contg. the soil and the stone contg. clay of a wet state to the soil and the stone contg. the clay and to transport both. SOLUTION: The lower side at the end of a conveyor 11 is provided with a vibration feeder 16 inclined at a prescribed angleαwith a horizontal plane so as to receive the soil-stone mixture 10 transported by the belt conveyor 11. A collision plate 15 is installed apart a prescribed spacing from the end of the vibration feeder 16 in the transfer direction of the vibration feeder 16 in such a manner that the stones 10b in the soil-stone mixture 10 transferred by the feeder 16 collide against the collision plate. A conveyor 12 is disposed below the end of the feeder 16 and right under the collision plate 15 so as to receive the soil 10a in the soil-stone mixture 10 transferred by the feeder 16 and to receive the stones 10b bounced back by collision against the collision plate 15. Monitors 21, 22 are disposed alongside the transfer route of the soil-stone mixture 10 from the feeder 16 to the conveyor 12. These monitors 21, 22 observe the transfer condition of the soil-stone mixture 10 from the feeder 16.
