PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely separate a soil-stone mixture contg. clay and stones of a wet state to clay and stones and to transport both. SOLUTION: The lower side at the end of a first belt conveyor 11 is provided with a vibration feeder 16 inclined at a prescribed angleαwith a horizontal plane by positioning the first belt conveyor 11 side on an upper side so as to receive the soil-stone mixture 10 transported by the first belt conveyor 11. A collision plate 15 is installed apart a prescribed spacing from the end of the vibration feeder 16 in the transfer direction of the vibration feeder 16 in such a manner that the stones 10b in the soil-stone mixture 10 transferred by the vibration feeder 16 collide against the plate. A second belt conveyor 12 is disposed below the end of the vibration feeder 1 and right under the collision plate 15 so as to receive the soil 10a in the soil-stone mixture 10 transferred by the vibration feeder 16 and to receive the stones 10b bounced back by collision against the collision plate 15.
