PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a new food material using a soybean milk which is a healthy protein source as a raw material. SOLUTION: This soybean food is prepared by scooping up films formed on the surface of a heated soybean milk, passing the resultant films under the soybean milk, arranging the films in regular order and superposing the films. The resultant soybean protein food has a texture and a flavor different from those of conventional dried bean curds (named Yuba in Japan) and bean curds (in Japanese, Tofu). |
