PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress heat conduction from the outer terminal part of a ferrule to the inner terminal part of the ferrule and to effectively prevent a solder from being fused at the inner terminal part of the ferrule. SOLUTION: An inner terminal part 6a of a ferrule 6 is fixed into a case 12 by a solder 9 and an outer terminal part 6b of the ferrule is fixed and sealed to the case by a solder 17. Concerning a light emitting element module in such configuration, a radiating fin 18 fixed to the case 12 is thermally coupled to an intermediate part 6c of the ferrule. Heat at the time of soldering at the outer terminal part 6b of the ferrule is radiated by the radiating fin 18, the conduction of that heat to the inner terminal part 6a of the ferrule is suppressed, and the solder 9 is prevented from being fused at the inner terminal part 6a of the ferrule. Ferrule fixing structure is stabilized and the work of soldering is facilitated. |
